โดยการอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ท่านพันธ์ทอง ลอยกุลนันท์ อธิบดีกรมศุลกากร มาเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการThis training was graced by the presence of Mr. Phanthong Loykulnanta, Director-General of the Customs Department, who presided as guest of honor at the official opening ceremony.
